Our experts will work with you to define your existing call flow and develop a plan for you post development call flow. We’ll use our expertise to identify the best calling experience for your customers.
If a circuit is ordered, a Ohiya Networks certified technician will visit your location to observe your office and network setup. Otherwise, a Site Survey document will be given to your IT resource for completion. This will help us better prepare for your transition, make the best use of resource time and deliver the best end user quality experience.
We will configure call flow based on our agreed upon design
Your dedicated expert will work with your IT resource to test connectivity for your planned network and to confirm that premise equipment is tested and approved for voice quality.
We will remotely assist your IT resource as they install and activate broadband connectivity, distribute phones and certify the network.
We will train your phone administrator and end users on all features on the Ohiya solution via a dedicated remote training session. In addition, there are weekly scheduled webinars available for new users or for a training refresh.
